The board of FEDORA welcomes two new members
FEDORA's Activities
"On behalf of the Board of Directors of FEDORA, I am pleased to inform you that on the occasion of this year’s General Assembly, on 15 December, the members of our organisations elected Stéphane Argyropoulos, Founder & President of The Silver Company, and Prof. Michaela Dickgießer, Head of Business Development at MRH Trowe AG Holding, as new Board Members. We warmly welcome them and believe that their commitment and participation will open up great opportunities for FEDORA.”

Stéphane Argyropoulos
Stéphane Argyropoulos is an alumni of ESCP Business School and Paris-Dauphine University, and started his career at GEC Alsthom in Korea before working for four years at 3i France as an investment manager in charge of LBO transactions. He was in charge of M&A transactions for family businesses and investment funds at KPMG Corporate Finance France and was responsible for advising management on LBO transactions. Prior to founding The Silver Company in 2012, he was also head of Corporate Advisory and member of the management committee, CREDIT SUISSE France (2006-2012) and is the President of AMFIE in Luxembourg since 2016.
Prof. Michaela Dickgießer
Prof. Michaela Dickgießer is an entrepreneur, a Head of Business Development, a honorary professor at the Karlsruhe University of Music, and patron of the arts while serving on the board of multiple cultural organisations such as the Hildegard Zadek Foundation, the Kronberg Academy Foundation and PLAN foundation. Her expertise as a Head of Business Development of MRH Trowe AG Holding also allows her to advise numerous international companies. In 2018, she was decorated by Minister Theresia Bauer with the Federal Cross of Merit for her remarkable commitment to culture in Germany which is a great inspiration to all of us.
